However if the problem is injury related with swelling involved, lymphatic drainage, a very soft technique used to stimulate fluid movement close to the skin will be used to help speed up their recovery and relieve the pain in the area. &nbsp; In regards to tolerance, the pressure applied needs to be tolerable so you do not tense up during treatment. This ensures your therapist is not doing more damage to your tissue while treating your condition.
